Conducting trainer: Alfonso Bucero – one of the best project management professionals in the Spanish-speaking world and a well-known PMI leader in Europe. He has 28 years of practical experience in managing and consulting on projects in different countries throughout Europe. An active member of many international organizations, including PMI, ALI, AEIPRO, or LIAG PMI. Founder, sponsor and President of The Barcelona Chapter of PMI, currently also the President of the Madrid Chapter of the PMI. Alfonso Bucero is a founder of BUCERO PM Consulting and co-author of the book „Project Sponsorship”.

Workshop is directed at Project Managers and Executives involved in executive project, or sponsorship and other stakeholders interested in learning from the importance of effective “Sponsorship”.
